Team Policy

Policy and Procedures

We are pleased to appoint you at Propanchor subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Your Employment will commence from your induction day mention in your offer letter and from then you will render services to Propanchor’s Client at subject to the terms and conditions and in accordance to the instructions received by you from us or any other authorized person and will be bound by our rules and
  2. You hereby agree to be liable for the following terms and conditions:

          1) You will be in a legal contract with PropAnchor, which starts from the date of joining.

          2) PropAnchor will give you in-depth training throughout the first 15 days of your job, and they anticipate that you will recoup their investment by adding personal value to the business. Your training materials contain confidential information and are business property. Please take notice that carrying the materials off business property or revealing them to anybody but company personnel will be viewed as a breach of trust, which will result in the holding amount being immediately forfeited and an abrupt termination of employment.

         3)  Spreading rumors, soliciting employees of the company for outside employment or coercing co-workers to leave the company is strictly prohibited and frowned upon. Such actions will result in immediate termination of employment without notice and forfeiture of your holding amount.

         4)  If an employee is engaged on a project that will launch in less than two months, they are legally required to see the project through to its completion and only then can they depart with PropAnchor.

         5)  In the event of your exit or Termination from the company, you are barred from joining any other firm/company, which includes our clients, partners, vendors, etc. for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of termination.

         6)  Should you choose to depart from the organization following a year-long tenure, you will have to provide the employer at least one month’s notice in writing of your resignation, or you can pay them one month’s salary in place of the notice for senior positions the notice period is of 3 months.

         7)  In case of breach of either of the terms and conditions mentioned above, the company shall be entitled to terminate your services without notice. The company holds the right to not pay the pending dues, and you would be liable to pay a compensation between Rs 100000 to Rs 500000 to the company, as decided by the management.

  1. Termination of this letter of engagement shall not affect the obligations of the parties that have been incurred prior to such termination and Propanchor shall settle all your dues after making the applicable deductions after FNF.
  2. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Propanchor or the Client harmless from any and all claims, damages, liability, attorneys fees and expenses on account of your failure to satisfy any of your obligations under this work assignment letter or for misconduct or for violation of any law or creation of any legal liability by
  3. Any dispute between you and Propanchor shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Propanchor. The arbitration shall be conducted in English language, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, at Mumbai,, India. This Appointment Letter shall be governed by the laws of India

   You hereby authorize Propanchor  to make all salary payments required to be made to you by Propanchor including all reimbursements either by way of Cheque or by directly crediting the amounts to your bank account. Your 1st salary credit confirms your appointment with propanchor and give your consent for all the policy. 

  1. The salary payout will be made by 10th of the following month and can vary till 20th as well in rare cases. Your initial salary payment may be prorated based on the number of days you worked in that month also Payout of initial month salary will be 45days after your date of joining.
  2. In addition to the terms contained herein, your relationship with Propanchor may be subject to such other additional terms and conditions as may be communicated to you from time to time in writing by Propanchor and you hereby agree to have read and clearly understood the terms of employment provided in the Service Rules, which is attached herein.
  3. During your employment with Propanchor, if we find any irregularity or insufficiency in the documents submitted by you, this Appointment Letter would stand cancelled/revoked.
  4. As an employee, you shall hold the company and our client fully indemnified and harmless for any loss or damage caused to breach of Security Guidelines that are in force and implemented by our client organization from time to You shall also be responsible to indemnify and hold harmless our client organization, where you have been deputed for work, against any costs, losses, injuries, penalties, damages, demands, claims, etc. on account of breach of the Security Guidelines implemented by our client organization.
  5. To avoid conflict of interest, your appointment is subject to the condition that you shall not hold broker/CP RERA If it is found that you are dealing with Personal agenda, utilizing your Personal or any other person’s RERA certification (agent Registration), you shall be liable for termination without notice also the acceptance of this appointment letter automatically confirms that that you do not hold Broker RERA certificate on your name. You are entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of all company data considered sensitive. This includes, but is not limited to, client information, financial records, and internal procedures. Unauthorized use or disclosure of such information constitutes a serious offense and will be subject to disciplinary action, including potential financial penalties.
  6. You will not work in any other Company or get yourself employed but will work exclusively for our client to whom you have been deputed for work.
  7. You will make yourself available as and when required to work in the office or to take other.
  8. Your performance shall be monitored continuously by your reporting authority and if your performance is not upto the mark, you would be given an opportunity for improvement. If it is found that there is no improvement in your performance, your appointment can be terminated by the company as per the terms and conditions of.
  9. In consideration of your employment with Propanchor, you acknowledge that all client contact information and related data are the exclusive property of Propanchor. You agree to hold such data in strict confidence and refrain from disclosing it to any third party. Ownership and administrative rights of all electronic documents (spreadsheets, presentations, WhatsApp messages, Google Sheets, Excel files, or any other form of data) provided by Propanchor or its affiliates, created, or used during your employment belong exclusively to Propanchor and must be shared with management. Prior management approval is required for creating or participating in any online groups or platforms using Propanchor information, and all such groups must be owned by Propanchor and use its designated email address. Under no circumstances may you share any Propanchor data with third parties in any way or form. Violation of these confidentiality and data ownership provisions constitutes a severe breach of contract, and Propanchor reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek significant penalties.

Annexure – A

  1. Personal Details:

You shall notify us of any changes in your family situation, residence address, or any other pertinent information. Additionally, you must provide us with any 2 of your legal heirs or nominee’s names and addresses at the time of joining our PropAnchor Team.

  1. Date of Joining and Documents required:
    You will be joining the Prop Anchor team as a (Position) Mentioned in your offer letter to complete your hiring process smoothly, we need the following documents from you. These documents are essential to ensure everything is in order for your start date.

The list of the documents include:-                                                                                                                            

  1. Marksheet and Passing Certificate for classes 10 and 12                                                                  
  2. Marksheet and Passing Certificate for Graduation/Post-Graduation     
  3. Any relevant sales certifications or training                    
  4. Reference letters                    
  5. Experience letters from previous employers
  6. Lock in Period:

The employee will be subjected to a lock in period with the company for Project completion. If the employee wishes to leave before the completion of Project then he/she will be subjected to a fine of Rs.5 Lakh Rupees.

  1. Probation Period:

 Following your joining date with PropAnchor, you will be placed on probation for a duration of 3 months & your performance will be evaluated at the conclusion of the 3rd month, and if it is determined to be below the corporate standards, you will be informed by management and you will have a month to improve your performance.

  1. a) Your employment status will be confirmed by a letter attesting to the successful completion of the probationary term when you have completed the time and have shown that you have performed excellently on the job and in behavior.
  2. b) If, during the probationary period, you are unable to perform to a satisfactory standard, the management holds the authority to terminate your employment without giving any notice.
  3. c) During the probationary term, any party wishing to discontinue its association with PropAnchor must give the Company a written notice of 15 days in advance, or relinquish their gross compensation in lieu of notice.
  4. d) Following confirmation, you will have to fulfill a 30 day notice period. If you offer notice to submit your resignation while on leave, it won’t be considered effective. During the notice period, you will not have the opportunity to take any time off which should be noted.
  5. e) Therefore, in order for the notice of resignation to be effective, you must return all the Data, Property and any other resources that PropAnchor had offered to you during your working tenure and continue to contribute to the company during the necessary notice period.
  6. Nature of Work:

You will work at a high standard of initiative, creativity, efficiency and economy in the organization. The nature of work and responsibilities will be assigned and explained to you by the Human Resource personnel, at the time of joining PropAnchor, and it shall be revised/ changed/ enhanced by the management/ human resource personnel from time to time.

  1. Working Hours
  1. The regular working hours of the company are subject to the team allocation and project.
  2. Week-offs as per the rosters or the Team leaders.
  3. The company operates on a rigorous schedule, and late arrivals are counted for salary deductions.
  1. Perks/Incentives:

Perks and Incentives are subject to the successful client conversion and the amount for the incentives will thus change from project and clients converted into customers. Be aware that the compensation PropAnchor gives you must be justified by the fact that you deliver the company either the same amount of business or more.

  1. PIP

PIP is necessary to close any knowledge or comprehension gaps in order to improve performance. During this time, the employee undergoing the PIP process may have portion of their salary withheld or get the full amount for up to one month. The amount withheld will be reimbursed to the employee’s account upon the conclusion of the PIP process. This is subject to change based on the team leader’s discretion or the company’s policies.

  1. Leaves/ Holidays:

You will be entitled to leave/s as per the company policies in force and as laid down in the Standing Orders of PropAnchor. Please note, leave cannot be claimed as a matter of right; the approval solely lies with the management and your immediate reporting authority.

  1. Assignment, Transfer and Deputation

Despite your engagement for a specific role, the company retains the right to deputate, transfer, or assign you to any of its branch offices—whether they were operational at the time of your appointment or will be operational in the future—in India or elsewhere.

  1. Training:

You will hold yourself in readiness for any training at any place whenever required. Such training would be imparted to you at the company’s expense. Kindly note that refusal to participate in a training program without any extraneous circumstances would lead to disciplinary actions.

  1. Intellectual Property Right:

If during the period of your employment with PropAnchor, you achieve any invention, process improvement, operational improvement, or other process/method likely to result in more efficient operation of the activities of the company, the company shall be entitled to use, utilize and exploit such improvement, and you shall assign all rights thereof to the company for the purpose of seeking any patent rights or for any other purpose. The company shall have the sole ownership rights of all the intellectual property rights that you may create during the tenure of association with Hazel an PropAnchor, including but not limited to the creative concept that you may develop during your association with the company.

  1. Privacy/ Secrecy/Confidentiality of Information:
  2. It is mandatory for you to adhere to and respect all privacy policies and procedures of the Company, as they may be introduced or modified periodically. Employee personal information shall be gathered, stored, accessed, and distributed in compliance with privacy laws.
  3. During your employment with the company, you will not divulge or disclose to anyone, at any time thereafter, any information or knowledge you have learned about the business or affairs of the company, including database development, process reports, reporting systems, or development, for any purpose other than the company’s. You will also use your best effort to the fullest extent possible during the duration of your employment under these terms.
  4. Restrain:
  5. a) Information Access: You can access the prospects and clients database using CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, emails, and mobile devices; however, you are only permitted to utilize the data for the purposes specified when you first joined the organization. The supplied data should not be accessed for any other purpose and is only to be used for official purposes. If there is data that you are not authorized to access or do not have access to, you must first get written permission from management before you can access it.
  1. b) Personal Use Restrictions: It is totally forbidden to use business resources for personal use. This covers using company computers/laptops, data, databases, internet services, and working hours for any personal purpose.

Any current or former employee who is discovered to have misused access to or data given during their job/tenure for personal gains will face legal action.

  1. c) Security: A crucial component of our workplace and communication systems is security. Controlling physical access to computer systems, turning off all workstations, disks, and drives, and raising awareness throughout the organization of the need to safeguard confidential client data and intellectual property are ways to ensure communication security.
  2. Termination of service:

Should you choose to depart from the organization following a year-long tenure, you will have to provide the employer at least one month’s notice in writing of your resignation, or you can pay them one month’s salary in place of the notice for senior positions the notice period is of 3 months.

During your employment, if you decide that this is not the right industry for you and you decide to quit both the firm and the industry, you must return to PropAnchor as your point of re-entry into the real estate sector.

Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period of 7 days would make you lose your lien on employment. In such a case, your employment shall automatically come to an end without any notice of termination or notice pay.

You will be governed by the laid down code of conduct of the company and if there is any breach of the same or non-conformance of contractual obligation or with the terms and conditions laid down in this agreement, your service can be terminated without any notice; notwithstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated herein, the company reserves the right to invoke other legal remedies as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interest.

  1. Standing Orders:
    You will abide by the Standing Orders, rules & regulations and service conditions that may be in force or application to the organization or are framed from time to time by the company.
  1. Appointment in Good Faith:
    It must be specifically understood that this offer is made based on your proficiency on technical/professional skills you have declared to possess as per your application for employment and your ability to handle any assignment/job independently.

In case at a later date any of your statements/particulars furnished are found to be false or misleading or your performance is not up to the mark or falls short of the minimum standard set by the company, the company shall have the right to terminate your services forthwith without giving any notice notwithstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated therein.

  1. Interpretation, Amendment and Enforcement:

The above terms and conditions are based on the company’s policy, procedures and other rules currently applicable in India and are subject to amendments and adjustments from time to time.

We at Propanchor would like to create an environment and culture committed to co­operation, quality and responsiveness that permeates every activity. As a new entrant we would like you to add value to this process. Please return the copy of the Offer Letter enclosed after affixing your signature at the appropriate place on the Office Copy in token of your having read, agreed, fully understood and accepted the terms and conditions of appointment. Please send across the signed acknowledged copy to Propanchor. Address which is mentioned below. In case we do not receive your acknowledgement copy within a period of 15 days from the date of joining, your appointment at Propanchor with the acceptance of your first salary from Propanchor will be conclusive proof of your acceptance in accordance of terms and conditions.
